This notice explains what happens to your email address when you register your interest in Tadio on tadio.io, and how we use analytics cookies if you allow them.

We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Your email address: only to send you updates about Tadio's launch. We use it because you asked us to (your consent). We won't sell it or share it for marketing.
Analytics: to count visits and see how people find this site, so we can improve it. We only do this if you allow it.
Spam protection: when you use the signup form, we check that it's a person signing up rather than a bot, and we limit how many signups can come from one IP address in a short time. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your IP address is only held for about a minute for the limit, and we don't store it.
We use Google Analytics, and it only runs if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject or ignore the banner, Google Analytics isn't loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view and how you interact with them (for example scrolling and clicking links), the site or link that brought you here, your device, browser and screen size, and your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address). Google says Google Analytics doesn't log or store IP addresses. It sets these cookies in your browser:
_ga: a random ID that tells return visits apart from new ones. Kept for 2 years._ga_V2J3J1TFC2: keeps track of your current visit. Kept for 2 years.We also save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (as tadio-consent) so we don't ask on every page, and we ask again after 12 months. Remembering your choice is necessary for the site to do what you asked, so it doesn't need your consent.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act, No. 127/2005 Coll.). You can change your mind at any time: , or use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] after we launch.
Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps it for [ANALYTICS RETENTION: 2 or 14 months, matching the GA4 data retention setting], then deletes it. The cookies expire after 2 years unless you withdraw consent sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Every update email will also include an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
